1. Return Window
- You have 15 days from receiving your item to request a return.
2. Eligibility for Return
- The item must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
- You need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Starting a Return
- Contact iPoint.ae at ipoint.ae@gmail.com to initiate a return.
- If accepted, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how to send the package.
- Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
4. Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are covered by iPoint.ae, but original shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Refunds
- After receiving and inspecting your return, iPoint.ae will notify you of the refund status.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
6. Damages and Issues
- Inspect your order upon receipt.
- Contact iPoint.ae immediately if there are defects, damage, or if you received the wrong item.
7. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
- Brand new items cannot be returned.
- Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
8. Exchanges
- To get a different item, return the original item and make a new purchase once the return is accepted.
