• LCD & Camera: All products sold by iPoint come with no warranty for LCD screens or camera components. Customers should check these parts before finalizing their purchase.
• Water Damage: Products damaged by water are not covered under any warranty. Please handle your device with care to prevent water exposure.
• Battery Health: Battery health varies based on previous usage, and no warranty is provided for battery performance or longevity.

4. Important Product Usage Guidelines

• Warranty Seal: Each device is sold with a warranty seal. Do not remove the warranty seal, as doing so will void any service eligibility.
• UV Glass on LCD: We advise customers not to apply UV glass on LCD screens, as it may interfere with the screen’s functionality and void any service claims.

5. Return & Exchange Policy

• Non-Refundable Policy: All sales are final, and iPoint follows a strict no-refund policy. Once a product is purchased, it cannot be returned or refunded.
• Product Replacement: We do not replace used products with brand-new ones under any circumstances. Customers should carefully check and test the product before purchasing.

6. VAT Policy

• Tax Inclusion: All iPoint used products are subject to 5% VAT, calculated under the Profit Margin Scheme.
• Displayed Prices: The price displayed on our website already includes VAT, ensuring a transparent and hassle-free purchase experience.

7. Use of the Site

iPoint.ae grants you a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
