Design and Display:

• Design: The iPhone 7 retained the same aluminum unibody design as the iPhone 6s, but with a water-resistant rating of IP67.
• Display: It featured a 4.7-inch Retina HD display with a resolution of 1334 x 750 pixels.

Performance and Hardware:

• Processor: The iPhone 7 was powered by the A10 Fusion chip, which offered a significant performance boost over the A9 in the iPhone 6s.
• Storage: Options for 32GB, 128GB, and 256GB internal storage.
• Battery: The iPhone 7 had a longer battery life compared to its predecessor.
• Wireless Charging: While the iPhone 7 didn't support wireless charging natively, it could be enabled with a third-party case.

Camera:

• Rear Camera: The iPhone 7 featured a 12-megapixel rear-facing camera with f/1.8 aperture and optical image stabilization. It also introduced a new wide color capture mode for improved photos in low light.
• Front Camera: The front-facing camera was upgraded to 7 megapixels with f/2.2 aperture for better selfies and FaceTime calls.

Other Features:

• Home Button: The iconic Home button remained on the iPhone 7, but it was now pressure-sensitive, allowing for a new feature called Force Touch.
